This product will only add your name or remove National Staff from the jersey.
THIS DOES NOT PURCHASE A JERSEY. YOU MUST HAVE A NATIONAL STAFF SUBSCRIPTION IN PLACE ALREADY.

This jersey will have a default crew neck collar
Add your name for $11.99.
Add length for $6 per inch.
Remove National Staff from the sleeve for $11.99.
Add a zipper collar for $11.99
Add a matching sleeve for $11.
Add a matching dye-sub ball bag for $11.
No discounts allowed.
To make changes, orders must be received no later than June 29th, 2026. If no order for changes is received, standard jerseys will be sent in the size we have on file. If you decide to leave staff prior to receiving the jersey, we will not offer refunds on the upgrades paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Orders usually ship by the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm CST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the following business day. Orders containing bowling balls or apparel require additional processing time.
