Most people can use the provided S8 Sole and H5 SawTooth Heel. But, you will have the option to purchase additional soles, heels, a BRAND NEW style of CtD Shoe Brush ($16.99 Retail), or a CtD Shoe Bag CUSTOMIZED with YOUR NAME designed around the theme of the CtD Shoes ($29.99 Retail) for an additional discounted fee. ALL SOLES AND HEELS ARE CUT TO FIT.
Need help determining what size you need? Dexter shoes are the most common shoes in bowling. The sizing runs the same throughout their product line. Check with your local pro shop to try on a pair OR if you bowl with someone that owns a pair, ask to try theirs on.
1-Year Limited Warranty
The CtD SST 8 BOA Power Frames are warranted to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase.
For any shoes found to be defective by CtD, CtD’s sole responsibility will be
to repair or replace them with the standard SST 8 BOA Power Frame shoes. THE REPLACEMENT SHOES WILL NOT BE CTD CUSTOM SHOES.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Even though the applicable warranty period may not have expired, certain conditions may invalidate the warranty coverage. By way of example, but not all inclusive, the manufacturer will not repair or issue a replacement product for returned shoes that have experienced:
- Excessive wear
- Frayed webbing, worn stitching and worn soles due to normal wear
- Damage that is a result from misuse, normal wear and tear or damage occurred during storage
- Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured prior to purchasing the product
- Damage caused by lack of proper maintenance
- Excessive damage/scuffing to shoe upper caused by toe drag
- Damaged shoe bottom caused by using non-Dexter replacement accessories

These shoes are fully customized and limited, SWAPPING SIZES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
