Refund and Return Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any liquids we sell. If you are unhappy with any other item purchased, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any product that is returned.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days. You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund is processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have received a refund notification and it hasn't posted to your bank within 48 hours, contact your bank or credit card company first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ctdbowling@gmail.com.

Customized Items

We will not accept returns or issue refunds on any customized items.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to help@ctdbowling.com. You will receive return instructions via email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Supplement Return Policy (The Sauce)

We realize that you make choices in your buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we must meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. If you wish to make a return please contact us at help@ctdbowling.com to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

 

  • All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of product.
  • Upon receipt of returned product Creating the Difference will refund the purchase amount less the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product that is opened or has been used.
    • Any product not purchased from CtDBowling.com
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
    • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
    • We DO NOT replace products with a different product than what was originally ordered.
  • Authorized returns must be postmarked at the cost of the consumer no more than three (3) business days after receipt
  • We cannot accept returns based on taste, mix-ability, consistency, or appearance
  • Returned items cannot be marked, damaged, opened, and must be in reasonable condition.
  • Creating the Difference must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there was a missing item.
