Creating the Difference specializes in growing the sport of bowling through coaching and education. Our company CEO, Ron Hickland Jr, is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He worked as a bowling ball designer for 14 years. Since starting his own company, he has focused on creating products to help make bowlers better.

Ron is a USBC Silver Level coach. He looks at coaching from a different perspective. As a ball motion expert, he is able to help create an arsenal with a full range of motion and simplify the game for beginners and experts alike. Ron coached the 2015 and 2016 champions of the Chris Paul CP3Cares Celebrity Bowling Charity Event in Los Angeles. Ron has also coached PBA Rookie of the Year and one-time Player of the Year, Tommy Jones. He has also coached Terrell Owens.
